I arrived at 7:55 am and doors was open exactly at 8am and my appointment wasn’t until 4pm but they was able to still see me early the service was awesome very professional and quick service I was out of there by 8:30am will definitely go back if needed and will recommend to friends
All clinical staff were very thorough and did an awesome job! Thank you!! The out-patient scheduling department had some issues as they had me coming at 4 different times for my procedure. It was frustrating for my family as we didn’t expect to wait 4 hours in the prep room
Very fast pre-op COVID testing after they got the right patient information even sating my name and information the first came back with the wrong paper wrong. At least they doubled check it

The entire visit was superb. The staff was very professional and conscientious in handling my medical problem.
Everyone was pleasant, and caring
My experience at Fast track on Monday September 13th 2021 was the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care facility. Stephanie Olsen FNPC Provided expert support and even called me back personally to check up on me on Thursday September 16th. We chatted for over 15 minutes. She is definitely a caring and phenomenal asset to Fast track.
The Provider was very nice and paid attention to my concerns
