Very fast and efficient.
Although surgery is never great, I really felt like I was taken of throughout the ordeal. I was very anxious when I got there but I calmed down. Maureen Casoli was my nurse and oh my God, this woman is amazing. She was a wonderful nurse and you guys need more people like her. I even woke up from my procedure asking for her. Doctor David Rapkin was also great. He already knows that since I only want to deal with him for my gyno needs. Great experience, thank you all who assisted. I can't remember everyone.
You guys did great
Everything was great, except for the VERY long wait! I had an appointment at 2:30 and I don't think I was seen until just before 4pm. The entire staff from the receptionist, technician and Phys Asst. was superb

I’m so pleased with TGH HEALTH PLEX From entrance to exit it was a great experience the registration went really fast I’m was in my room in 15 minutes the only problem was the operating doctor was running really late which wasn’t the nurses fault but they kept on apologizing for him so I just slept the time off finally when it was my turn it was do’s smooth and fast I couldn’t believe it I remember my nurse waking me up to get released from start to finish the staff and nurses were extremely positive helpful polite full of ... read more
