Front desk staff as well as medical staff were helpful. Front desk staff explained the wait time and gave options for waiting. The medical staff were pleasant, professional and explained each step of the examination. It was a long wait however, it was worth it to know my medical status. I am grateful that I was able to get care and advice. 🙏🏽
The attendants and nursing staff were professional. Our appointments were 11:15am and 11:30am, however, we were not seen until approximately 12:45pm. We understand that many hospitals and urgent care facilities are short staffed, so we were patient and just grateful to the dedicated staff members for their attentiveness.
The doctor I saw was amazing. I brought my autistic daughter In with a severe tooth infection very swollen face. He was so amazing with Tasha. His concern and care for her well being was excellent. I hope this doctor is always there when I have to come in.
I was signed in quickly and then seen by the medical staff within a few minutes. The Nurse and Physician assessed me quickly, appropriate X-rays were taken and a diagnosis was made within a few minutes. I was in and out of the utgrny care in under 45 minutes with a recommendation to contact my Orthopaedic physician on Monday. Despite the discomfort I was experiencing the visit was efficient and timely. The facility is very clean and staff wipe down seats as soon as they are left.
