The front desk was a little lazy and didn’t really seem to put effort in to there job that much How ever all of the other staff were amazing

Very friendly and informative
The Tech Gary was very pleasant. The P A Michelle was very knowledgeable. She gave us clear instructions and understanding concerning testing, isolation and covid itself. We left feeling assured .I am now able to go and educate others. Best experience I have had thus far in an urgent care setting.
Even though it was very busy the wait was short and the provider was patient. So thankful to have found them.
I've been to the Urgent Care Clinic in Brandon three times in the past year. Two of those times, it was pretty good with the staff being reasonably polite and the doctor being attentive, and got me in and out in about an hour. My last time there on the 30th of December however, not so much.
