Great clinical services and great clinical staff
You were very fast to respond back to my via phone.
The service was great. I went there in 12/26/2021 and within 30 minutes I was registered, triage and evaluated. Same morning I went to Medí Express located on North Dale Mabry Hwy I waited on my car for 3 hours and they never called me or saw me. At 1 pm they told me I had to wait 1 and half hour more. I tell I found TGH Fast Track Clinic on Google map six minutes away from Medí Express. TSH Front desk told me when I got there:” we try to see patients a quick as possible! Very timely, very Covid aware and very concerned!
Great experience. Wait time was short staff was courteous and place was immaculate

Personable and professional
Had a three hour wait even with an appointment but, expected the wait with the higher Covid numbers. Only thing that could improve is a discharge paper with instructions on how to get Covid test results. Can't get through on phone due to high call volumes.
Always courteous and professional. They were slammed on Christmas Eve and I was in and out in an hour. Thanks again. I’ve given up on my primary care.
