The service was great. I went there in 12/26/2021 and within 30 minutes I was registered, triage and evaluated. Same morning I went to Medí Express located on North Dale Mabry Hwy I waited on my car for 3 hours and they never called me or saw me. At 1 pm they told me I had to wait 1 and half hour more. Had a three hour wait even with an appointment but, expected the wait with the higher Covid numbers. Only thing that could improve is a discharge paper with instructions on how to get Covid test results. Can't get through on phone due to high call volumes.

I came there with a broken wrist for surgery. I think that everyone I had contact with, was professional, friendly, and amazing!!
Everyone was very pleasant, but I had to wait a long time to be seen. Appointment was at 4:15 and I probably left around 6:15. It didn’t seem to be terribly busy. I made the appointment on line and was surprised that the earliest I could get in was the following day late in the afternoon. When I tried to call and talk to someone, I had to hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes and finally gave up and hung up. From what I understand, this is commonplace there. I’m sure it’s because of Covid, so I’m trying to be patient.
