Mrs. Stevens APRN was one of the BEST Physicians Assistant I've come across. She put my nerves and fears at ease. I came in with a pretty serious injury and was completely petrified of the outcome, Mrs. Stevens bedside manners were impeccable! She was patient, thorough and most importantly kind. I wish and hope that there's more like you out there. Thank you
I had a pretty simple out-patient procedure and the staff and facilities were great. However, I was instructed to arrive at TGH by 5:30 am which I did. I wasn’t taken back to pre-op until 8:15 am, almost 3 hours later. That should not happen to anyone.
