The staff was kind and professional. We were seen quickly. The prationer was very gentle when she bandaged my Mother's leg.

The staff that checked me in could have been more helpful and kind. I walked in to request an appointment and was told there were no appointments available until 1/14 - never offering me to wait, until I asked. My mother was with me and one of the ladies raised her voice and told her to wait in the car if she had COVID. She didn’t have COVID. I did! Also, the man that swabbed me for strep was rough and rude. Customer service needs some brushing up on.
