It's great to have a clinic where you can go when you feel ill and your doctor's office is not able to take you. The professional have been excellent the two times I've been there.

Great Dr. However; front desk on 1/1/22 not so well. Her customer service needs improvement I know we are in a difficult situation but, she can do better.
Doctor and assistant were very congenial and quickly diagnosed my illness. They sent my prescription to the pharmacy, so it was easy to pick up.
I can’t say enough how kind everyone was the day I went to the Downtown location. I needed to be tested for Covid as. I was experiencing symptoms. While I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to take me in, do my triage and testing and within an hour I was on my way home. I know it’s been rough for all healthcare staff but the way they handled myself and other patients was with patience, kindness and empathy. - Thank You for doing what you do daily. I am in awe.
