Everything went smoothly and I was safe and secure with a highly competent team at TGH.
The facility was clean and prompt. Both the young man behind the desk and the nurse were polite and friendly. Dr Wilson was extremely helpful and sympathetic.
The whole staff was stellar!!! Especially the PA I saw on the 2nd visit! I’ve been a Healthcare Administrator my whole life s as of this facility surpasses service providers in other large practices.. They ordered the the right lab tests, then a scan that allowed me to find in less than a week that I had cancer!!! They were kind, caring and nailed the diagnosis!! You should recognize these employees for surpassing the best practice!!

Staff at front desk need training. They have a very indifferent attitude and are not polite at all, like patients are bothering them. A smile or a little bit of a pleasant attitude could go a long way. Get rid of shrugging shoulders and rolling eyes. Also someone should be in charge of answering the phone during office hours.
