Voice call, and the doctor wad extremely patient and explained everything. We ended up going in, just in case.

No wait time handled quickly
Service was prompt. Everyone was attentive and provided all the information I needed. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. Doctors was great in explaining what I needed to do and what medicine was being prescribed.
After going to another urgent care 48 hours before and being told I had bronchitis and to take OTC mediations, I knew I was still sick. I came to Urgent Care and immediately the staff was pleasant and attentive. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and given the correct medications. I cannot thank the staff enough for a correct diagnosis, definitely will continue with Fast Track Urgent Care.
Everyone at this practice makes you feel relaxed and they are all very professional and helpful. I was definitely impressed. I would use this practice anytime I need immediate assistance.
