Staff at front desk need training. They have a very indifferent attitude and are not polite at all, like patients are bothering them. A smile or a little bit of a pleasant attitude could go a long way. Get rid of shrugging shoulders and rolling eyes. Also someone should be in charge of answering the phone during office hours.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hannah was great. Made me feel like I was visiting with friends.
