Great job.
I was visiting from another state and had a bike crash and required stitches in my elbow. Hannah Robinson PA-C and Cassandra Collins took care of me quickly, efficiently and expertly. I recently had my stitches removed by a provider here at home, and she said they did a great job.
The experience was pleasant by both the student (Marisa) in training and the doctor. Both checked me out and concluded that I had a viral infection and there really wasn't anything they could prescribe for me. They did recommend for us to use over the counter drugs like a nose inhaler and did agree with my wife to use Zyrtec. My visit was made to see how my lungs were as I am prone to developing bronchitis and/or pneumonia very quickly. Both confirmed that my lungs were clear. Everything was great except they made us pay for our prescriptions in full. I really did not understand why they file our insurance and made us put up a credit card to charge anything not covered by our insurance. Our insurance company doesn’t want to reimburse us they said we should not have paid it

I was on vacation when a chronic medical issue flared up. Was able to make an appointment right away and was seen quickly. The nurse and PA listened to my symptoms and quickly developed a plan to ease my symptoms. I was very impressed with the personnel, process, and results. Even better than my care team that has know me for 20 years. Thank you!
wait was a little long but nurse assistant is very thorough and upbeat, physician/practitioner is thorough as well and pleasant.
