Waiting for medical care when you already feel terrible can be emotionally draining. Today, though, this urgent care felt like I somehow hacked the system. Everything was smooth, calm, and surprisingly quick. The waiting area and exam rooms were clean and comfortable. A welcome change from those standing-room-only ERs where the chorus of coughs starts to sound like a rehearsal for the inevitable death rattle. Dr. Stefa Botha had an excellent bedside manner. Megan Carnicer and Shannon were nothing but amazing! I seen them at the Martin Luther king location. They both listened to my concerns and issues with the utmost respect. They were so caring. Will come back to see them.

I had my follow up to have my stitches removed and the intake Nurse Jessica was wonderful. Very friendly and professional! In and out in 40 min!
Came to the urgent care as I was in town visiting, I had a horrible runny nose and Mariah was great listening to my complaints and the PA Michelle was wonderful as was the receptionist . Great staff.
