Channelside office was super efficient! I showed up with a potential broken finger and fractured knee. They were able to triage me, check my injuries, X-Rays and XRay reviews all in an hour! Everyone was absolutely delightful throughout the experience! Definitely recommend!
I’ve been to your urgent care a couple of times now. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The PA I saw this time, Madaline was great. I felt liked she saw me, listened to all my complaints and I came away feeling well cared for.
This facility has to be the best medical facility in the Bay Area. The staff and medical team here are first rate. Dr Liz has compassion and the best bedside manor ever. They get you in quickly, they are friendly and caring and truly want to get you better.
I am very thankful and pleased with the treatment that I received . The PA that treated me was awesome.
