Overall experience was fine. The environment was clean and front desk staff was friendly. I don’t necessarily feel my care was completed in a manner that TGH upholds but I am sure there were more serious patients to see than me. As a nurse who works at the main hospital, I was disappointed that I left feeling brushed off and unheard. As soon as the NP found out I was a nurse, her entire attitude changed and she couldn’t get me out fast enough. Service was outstanding from front office to seeing the PA. I had scheduled at 9:15 appt and was in and out by 10am. I was diagnosed with Flu A. My prescription was called into pharmacy immediately. I would highly recommend!!
Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Good ER service, but they didn’t have facilities or staff to treat chest pain. They gave me an EKG and sent me to ER.

I was seen, but rn was resistant to ordering the labs that I requested. She only ordered basic blood work for sugars, not for kidney or cholesterol or lipids. I am diabetic, new to Florida, losing my insurance. She went on and on about getting a PCP, the first available appointments for a PCP is may 19
The location on Racetrack road was great- I broke my ankle and had to go to the Tarpon springs location for X-ray- they were great as well. They told me that they would call me with a referral to an orthopedic doctor- here it is 9 days later and no call yet- even though I called 2 days after my accident. I was told they would call the next day. Thank goodness I did not wait for a call and called an ortho doctor myself. Don’t promise a phone call if no one is going to call.
I was able to get in to see a provider quickly and was treated in a very professional, competent manner. With prescribed meds, I'm now feeling better.
Called in on a moments notice to see about availability to see someone for my DOT Physical... was greeted and assured that I can come in and be seen. There was a short wait and the personnel were all very friendly and professional, the PA and the Dr were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough, overall an excellent experience! Thank you all for that experience.
