Great customer service and great advice and professional and Dave me option for my blood pressure .two days later my number on my blood pressure is down …will schedule appointment with my. Family doctors and specialist to get number down and a better diet and exercise more …!will used TGH agai. For future recommendation!
I was very sick and my oxygen was very low They got me back quickly and tested me for covid and influenza and gave shot of steroids and gave me a breathing treatment Told me i shouldve went to ER because oxygen was so low , but they treated me and told me they suggested me going to hospital and i told them if i got worse i would They gave me meds for the nebulizer by prescription and sold me the nebulizer ONLY thing was when i got home and started to do my treatment there was no tubing or any thing in the box but the machin... read more
The triage gentleman was so compassionate. He weighed me and as any other women I was not happy. We talked about all the exercising I was doing. He couldn’t have been more encouraging! The healthcare system needs more people like him! I have a thorn in my foot and the PA did his best to help me but couldn’t get it all the way out as it is deep in there. Unfortunately there was an emergency so it took 2 hours !!! However the doctor snd nurse were very nice and professional!!!
Everyone was very helpful and respectful of my concerns.
Jessica is absolutely amazing, the wait for very short and I was pleasantly surprised by that. I went to another urgent care and the wait was 4 hours but it was only a half hour here. Will recommend to a friend
PA was very attentive and concerned about underlying conditions as well as immediate symptoms. Very thorough.
