I was seen very quickly and the doctor seemed to listen
Longer wait time. Provider didn't check ears and now we think there is an ear infection. Wasn't thrilled with thoroughness of exam.
It took about 2 hours between check in and check out. Most of the time was spent waiting. The treatment seems to be successful. Discharge instructions would have been clearer if the type of soaking solution and the duration of the soaking had been specified.

The whole experience was nothing but positive. Anna Gerlach was very thorough and pleasant. I’d highly recommend this facility.
From the time I signed in at the front desk all the way to be seen by the doctor, it was a great experience and all the staff were great. The professionalism of the staff was at a high standard.
