All was good.
It only took 30 minutes. Love it! The girls up front Sierrah, Karinna were very kind and fast. The MA Carla was so Active and Amazing. The provider Alexis A. Very concerned & caring. Ordered all the test that was needed! Thank you for all you do!
The service was great but the wait time was long.
Very handy location for an accident on the Riverwalk. We had a bit of a wait. But all staff were very professional, helpful and compassionate.
Other than a very long wait your personnel did a nice job of caring for my laceration. Two and a half hours sitting, with no idea as to the wait time!!!! Come on. Spectrum has a wait site on their wall in their showrooms that tell you how many persons are ahead... You should do so.

It was fine but did not pinpoint my issue. Received the RX I needed. Exact diagnosis was a couple of days later when I saw my primary doctor.
MyChart makes it much easier to make and prepare for an appointment. The staff was very helpful and showed care throughout the process. Love how most tests and x-rays are rapid and down right on site. If I went to the doctor or hospital, I'd still be waiting for results still.
