Perfect everyone is good
It was better then my first encounter with this office however the front desk clerk shouldn't ask out loud "What are you here for" when there are other patients sitting so closely. It also took a while to even add my appointment to the schedule due to the front staff entering in the wrong password to where she had to had another person at another location add my appointment for her. It's just never smooth when it comes to the front desk and it looks very unprofessional.
Overall I would rate my experience to be 4.5 out of 5. The intake process was pretty quick and easy. The main issue that the way that the co-pay is processed. Based on my insurance, my co-pay is $15 but the paperwork that I received said that a charge of $250 to my account for autopay. I do not agree with this charge and your payment system should only be charging the proper payment.
