Very professional the nursing staff and the physicians assistant great. We made an appointment prior to arrival and he still in the room waiting. Probably 40 minutes to an hour. Not quite as efficient as it seems like it used to be. We still recommend it highly though.
Mr. Lippincott asked many questions and came up with a credible diagnosis and recommendation for an over the counter drug to relieve the issue. His recommendation has indeed helped and I am getting tests to determine the cause of my issue.

Great! 👍🏼 Check-in was courteous and helpful. Wait time was reasonable. Doctor/nurse was resourceful and knowledgeable. Check-out was fast.

The visit in the office was good, but they didn’t have an x-ray technician to check my lungs, and I am on oxygen 24 seven and I am being a valuated for a lung transplant so the doctor did order me some Augmentin, and gave me a shot of Rocephin as I requested before leaving, but then when my neighbor went to pick up the prescription on Tuesday, the pharmacy was closed by 8 PM and she does work and then when she went to pick it up Wednesday morning, they did not have the prescription she had to call TGH urgent care and have th... read more
Service and attention to my care was good. I didn’t wait long to be seen.
Very positive experience. Staff was very friendly and professional. Lindsay (NP) is excellent. She was very professional and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I highly recommend this Urgent care location.
I was very pleased with everything about the services I received. I found the P.A. to be exceedingly willing to spend time and provide valuable information. I will definitely continue to use this resource for immediate concerns. This is doubly valuable now that it takes weeks to get an appointment to see one's p.c.p.
