The receptionist is overworked with people coming in and checking out. Also I had appointment at. 9:30 am and it was 11:00 am before I was seen.
I Made ann appointment and we were taken in fairly quickly, the staff was helpful, informative, and gave great follow up instructions. My prescription was sent in quickly…a positive experience.
I had a great experience going there when I was feeling unwell. I was not waiting long maybe 45 minutes. Nice front staff which is very important.

The staff was excellent. They were professional and attentive.
The visit itself was fine- the person I saw took time to explain everything to me, which I appreciated. My only complaint was that no one followed up with me about my lab results. I was told someone would call in 2-3 days with my results and to determine whether I continue on the antibiotics I was prescribed or if we change course. No one ever followed up, so I assume all is well. That should not be the way the process works. There should have been a follow up call either way.
