Excellent experience. Got in fast and received excellent care.
I went to this facility on September 7, 2019 . There was only one other patient in the waiting room when I walked in, so my wait was not long. The staff was extremely pleasant. The PA that I saw, Chris, was great. Very knowledgeable and treated me very compassionately. I explained that I had been suffering with a migraine for days and that I was now having sinus issues. He ordered two prescriptions for me and in two days I started feeling like myself again.
My experience was great, everyone was kind and attentive. Dr. Williams made me feel comfortable and listened to the medical issue I was having problems with. This will be the Urgent Care Facility will use if need be.
Staff was very pleasant from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Very fast and efficient as well. The front desk staff had a new employee orienting and her and the one training her were very calm, pleasant, and helpful. A very good learning environment for this new employee. Kudos to both women!
Very succinct, on target about my illness and spent sufficient time with me! I would feel comfortable returning!
