Timely professional care for my health concern
Took me in quickly and very pleasant
I completed several forms prior to being seen. I did not have streptococcus as I suspected. Lab result was received in about 5 minutes. I had acute viral infection. I was instructed to continue what I was doing to combat my discomfort. I am pleased with attention I received. I was unable to access patient portal after following instructions. The people were very nice, but the PA did not fix my problem.
All the people there were very professional and acted quickly to see to my needs. It was nice to see friendly faces when feeling so poorly.
I was so pleased to see a Fast Track location by the University of Tampa. I knew I could send my son there and he would receive top quality care. He was seen quickly by a wonderful doctor and was even able to get his prescription filled there.
I find urgent care to be a tremendous resource for situations requiring some form of intervention or care but absent the emergency room at a hospital. Your folks are always polite and helpful in every way.

I was extremely pleased with my visit to Fast Track. I had made an appointment and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called back. Jennifer Moore, PA say me. She was very professional but warm and personable. She spent time with me explaining her findings, ordered a medication for my problem and referred me to a dermatologist for follow up. I would definitely use this facility again and recommend it to others
