Everyone in the office was very nice and professional
Greater doctor-to-pharmacy communication is needed. FTUC lacks the necessary connection to understand the patient's pharmaceutical insurance plan and prescribe meds accordingly. FYI: doctors should find out as soon as possible after diagnosis what it is covered by. A prescription that isn't covered is no help to the patient.
This process was really simple. Made the appointment online then arrived. Receptionist were awesome, polite and friendly. Nurses and techs were awesome as well. Polite and easy to talk talk to. Doctors were awesome, approachable and thorough. They didnt perform tests that weren't needed. I would have rated this a 5 but the website didnt have downloadable forms that could be printed to expedite the process. Other than that it's a 5 ☆ for me. Definately will use this Riverview office!
