Welcome , understanding
Only one person waiting when I checked in. Didn’t have to wait only 10 minutes before seeing someone. PA was efficient and knowledgeable. Was In and out in about 45 minutes. I would recommend Fast Track. Especially since they are part of Tampa General Hospital.
The staff and healthcare provider were very professional and attentive to my son’s needs. Fast friendly service. Extremely clean facility. Highly recommended.

Empty parking lot, no one is waiting room, 2 snarky young girls who wasted time talking about their relationships instead of entering my information into the system causing me to wait a very long time while having to listen to their trite conversation. Your office seems more concerned with getting paid , spent more time giving credit card and initialing that I will pay, then The time spent trying to help me. Staff was wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.
If it wasn’t for Jennifer Moore a PA at fast track I wouldn’t be here. She didn’t give up when she couldn’t figure out what was wrong and pursued my doctors after hours doctor on call. If she had done that I might have gone home which would have been a disaster.
