It didn’t take long for my diagnose and send me on my way
The PA and The Medical assistant where Excellent 10/10 !!! The front desk lady "Erika" should work on her customer care skills. Her attitude is NOT the best, people who goes there is becasue is sick and the least thing we should see is someone with such a bad attitude.
The staff was great. The physician’s assistant was spot on in my diagnosis and treatment. I’m feeling much better. My only complaint was the 2 hour wait. I understand they were short staffed that morning and later got a second provider to help. It happens.
All was good, tks.
Booked same day appointment online. Staff was very thorough and professional. Gave helpful discharge instructions. Feeling better!
