Your new check in policy is to much for Urgent Care facility. I am a patient of TGMG and any pertinent info should be readily available through your chart. To sit for 15 minutes and complete form I filled out several times before is redundant. Since I have insurance with a $30 copay running my card for $250 is unnecessary

I came in after a MVA and the service was everything. The receptionist, Tre’Ne Telestord in particular was very kind and patient with me. The rest of the clinical staffs were great as well. I’m really grateful for my experience there. This is what patient center healthcare should be like.
