the lobby young lady was so helpful and was correct in that it would not be very long before i would be seen even though there were about 3-4 ppl ahead of me. the medical person was so fast and i was seen within an hour and i was diagnosed and my rx was sent to my pharmacy and i got my summary papers and i was out so quickly. so grateful. and the lobby young lady was so nice in that when i was ready to go she said: "be careful it is raining heavily outside". The staffs were wonderful, but i think the the system need some adjustment. starting with no one answer the phones to get general information. My first time visiting to have a test done and i was in so much pain ,arriving to find out digital form that must be filled in ,which took me 45mins.If this form and pre check in can be done in route would save time .
Professional, looked after my needs , explained in layman's terms so I could understand what was was going on with my health
Nurse practicioner was ver thorough. I had to wait too long to get in to see her, but otherwise nice facility and pleasant technicians..9
Absolutely superb experience! Mr. Matthew Brice was very kind, gentle, and super knowledgable about our situation! It rests my heart to know that there is an urgent care of such caliber near us. Wonderful time!
I was treated promptly and was very satisfied.
The N.P. and Doctor that helped my daughter did a great job finding out what her problems were. Even though she kept crying through everything they tried to comfort her like it was their child. Would come here again.
