I was very happy with the help I received. Everyone in Employee Health was wonderful and truly cared about me. Samuel in Radiology was also great!

Your new check in policy is to much for Urgent Care facility. I am a patient of TGMG and any pertinent info should be readily available through your chart. To sit for 15 minutes and complete form I filled out several times before is redundant. Since I have insurance with a $30 copay running my card for $250 is unnecessary
