The only reason I gave 4 stars is because today's visit was to long and other times I have been there and when I see the doctor the time is jut for the patient. Today the doctor was through every room looking for patients going and coming where I was. It would be better seeing every patient in order they arrived.
A wonderful experience end-to end. They are open on Sundays and I can’t praise them enough! I felt very important as a patient! I even received a follow up call by the Doctor the very next day! If possible you and everyone you know should go there. I certainly will!

Both my daughter and I were patients at first track urgent care. We both received professional, caring, and compassionate care from the minute we walked in the door! Each staff member we came in contact with treated us with respect and concern! Thank you!
I received caring prompt and efficient service. The employees were friendly and kind. The office was inviting and clean. Total time in the office might have been 45 minutes. That’s unheard of for me!
You took the time to find a pharmacy that was still open on Sunday night near where I lived so I didn’t have to drive any distance to get my meds. That meant a lot to me since I was feeling weak and tired.
Everyone was friendly and kind...but I didn’t get much resolution...Nd basically have to deal with being sick because I’m pregnant. Instead of properly researching to see if I could take any cough suppressant I was told I basically just have to deal with being sick. So I’m still miserable with no resolution. Thank god I have insurance because I would hate to pay 100 dollars for them to tell me they can’t do anything and I should drink tea with honey. Very disappointed.
