Easy process - kind & considerate staff
The nurse practitioner I saw was excellent. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the lady working the front desk. Not only was she not welcoming or inviting, she seemed to not want to be bothered by the patients and their problems. She spent her time looking at her cell phone, barely acknowledging the patience or their medical issues. This woman said maybe 5 words to me throughout my entire visit. Very happy with everything, from being able to schedule a same day appointment online, prompt and friendly check in, seen in a timely manner, nurse and nurse practitioner both professional and responsive to health concerns. Would highly recommend as

Much much better than i anticipated in time, patient care, and thoroughness. Must admit wasn't busy when i checked in - many in lobby when i left and hour later. Dr. Was thorough, asked questions like she really cared, and obviously listened. Accepted my weird sense of humor and made me comfortable. She cose a mode of treatment foran embarrassing fall injury -- a treatment I had not anticipated AND IT IS WORKING. Check in nurse/x-ray tech was conscientious too!
