No waiting, friendly staff
Great experience. Only feedback would be that we went all the way to the downtown location not knowing they did not have an x-ray machine. We were then sent all the way back to Sheldon Road. We left Sheldon Road because it was a long wait and decided through the scheduler that downtown had no wait time. Now we know. Otherwise, great experience.
We came in with a hook in my son's finger and no one really seemed concerned. I had to say my son was in a lot of pain before he was brought in back and then it was very slow to get help. Everyone was nice but did not seem qualified to handle the situation. The PA could not get the hook out and didn't quite know how to proceed so we ended up in the ER which removed it quite easily. Everyone was nice but it was more painful than it had to be
