Made an appointment for 1: 15. There was one person ahead of me. Wasn't put in a room until after 2:00. Receptionist was snotty and more interested in socializing with workmates. PA was excellent- kind and caring. Used this facility many times with no problems. Not sure what has changed. When i was put into a room, i noticed none of the other doors closed. Do you only take one at a time?
This was my 2nd visit and I was completely satisfied with the service provided. Filled out paperwork and just a couple minutes later was called in. Staff was very attentive and explained everything to my satisfaction.
People were very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as professional.
Always a great experience at Fast Track Urgent Care. The Physicians and Nurses are all wonderful.

The service was good. All the personal was attentive.
To have an urgent care center without the ability take an X-ray seems, at the least, inappropriate. Especially when TGH scheduling referred me there because they could take an X-ray on site.
