We went to Fast Track Urgent Care quite by accident. Our insurance company sent us to their address but for another healthcare provider. Upon arriving we learned that that provider no longer occupied these premises and Fast Track Urgent Care were now the occupants. We are from Canada and told the friendly receptionist that we had been given the address by the insurance company. She advised us that she could contact our insurance and obtain approval to be seen by their healthcare professionals. She handled everything. T... read more
