Was seen really fast and staff was friendly & thorough
My appointment was for 10:45. I was called into the room approximately 10 minutes later. I waited a half hour for the doctor. I could hear the doctor speaking to someone in the room next to me who was put in the room well after I was placed in my room. There was no apology for the delay. I was there for an hour. There is no reason why I should have been there for an hour. Otherwise the staff was nice and I was given the correct medication.
Definitely the fastest urgent care I’ve been to! The staff was kind and caring. The doctor was sweet and helpful.
Staff's were friendly and courteous. Did not have to wait long at all, also had a pharmacy in the building. Thank you so much.

Prompt check in. Then the waiting began which is expected to a point but someone could have said it will be an hour or thanks for waiting..something...anything. Then th sick peopke waiting has to listen to the personal conversations at the front desk. Not mention the muffins they were eating while we waited. Ugh

Friendly atmosphere. Didn’t have to wait long. Was examined throughly, The physician that examined me, explained what needed to be done. Had a good experience for my first trip to any urgent care.
