This email suggests you knew I signed up for a fast track appointment. The office had no record of this when I arrived. I waited over an hour to be seen. This is not fast.

Fast Track has been my go to urgent care provider since they opened on Gandy. Always excellent service. I’m a self pay customer and I think my last visit was kinda expensive for the suggestion to see a specialist 😏
