Had a great experience with the staff at Fasttrack. Joanne Moore PA was great and accessed my upper respiratory infection and made the appropriate dx and called in the meds that I needed to get me comfortable and healthy. Feeling better . It’s been 3 days and I’m on the road to recovery. Thank you.

not too long of a wait i had a couple of people ahead of me took only 35mins
I sat for two amd a half hours just for the doctor to tell me she didn't think anything was wrong. She completely ignored my symptoms and sent me home with nothing. I've now been stuck in bed for two day's because of how awful I feel.
Our visit with our 7 year old son was quick, but thorough. Everyone in the office was helpful, nice and very professional.

I was seen quickly, which I appreciated, but the doctor who examined me was a bit of a lazy know it all. Was traveling from out of state, feeling very ill, but felt (correctly) like I had a pretty good idea what was going on (tickborne illness that is common in my area but rare in Tampa). The doctor treated my concern with obvious contempt until I reminded him for the third time that I was not from the area. Told me I had a virus and needed to drink fluids and rest. I can in with severe nausea. They sent me back right away because of that. I received medicine and a prescription. they had me wait until I could keep down water and was feeling better. Lynne Swink APRN was competent and kind.
