Check in was a bit confusing bc my pc didn't send the info I requested. Your receptionist called them to get the info which was very helpful. Then the medical staff was very efficient and informative. Definitely fast track!
Great place great staff
Your service was great! Very little wait time to be seen. Friendly, helpful staff. Sydnee Prince PA was understanding and thorough. I got the help I needed to put my mind at ease and start healing.
Waiting room was clean and the person at the front desk was friendly and informative. Triage was quick and nurse was pleasant. I felt like the PA listened to me and offered a plan to reduce my discomfort and ordered more testing to help diagnose my problem. I will go back again.
Appointment request was prompt and wait time mimimal. Insect bites and meds prescribed.
Staff were friendly and for a busy place they seemed to get each patient done throughly and out of there in a decent amount of time. My NP and Xray tech were professional and pleasant. I never felt rushed when discussing my injuries from a fall.
Once seen, the care providers were efficient, professional and courteous. I was surprised that I had to wait for an hour before being seen even though we had a 4:30pm fast pass reservation.
