I made reservations for my son to have a flu shot. We got there on time and I noticed several patients being seen before him that came in after him. I asked the receptionist at least three times where he was on the list to be seen and her reply was always “he is next” which was not the case. We waited over 2 hours and come to find out the receptionist had never put him in the scheduler as having a reservation

Excellent care from beginning to end
Thank you for taking quick action when I began to have breathing difficulties. I came in for the “flu” but in your waiting room I suddenly had a coughing fit and could not breath! Oh my! You all took me back quicker that light and got me on a machine! You diagnosed me with not flu but Pneumonia!! Thankyou for your treatment and kindness through the whole thing! Your calm, skilled actions were much appreciated!

You have ALWAYS been top-notch in the way you handle patient arrivals! Your urgent care center is clean, efficient, and friendly. As much as I disliked our last minute, late-day trip yesterday, you always make me glad we came! PLEASE don't ever leave!!
