Was seen in a timely manner. Very professional personnel. I was offered options and didn’t feel any pressure to have tests done or remedies tried that I didn’t want.

All the staff were very pleasant and I was able to quickly get seen and treated.
I arrived at 8:05 am. Was seen quickly and treated with courtesy. Feeling better already.
Efficient service, but terrible follow up. I had to go to another facility for an x-ray and then the technician was out to lunch until 3:25 p.m. I got there around 2:35 p.m. Then, when I tried the portal to get the results, they were not there. The APRN tried to call me last night to follow up on the results of the x-ray, but I was out until about 8:30 p.m. and missed the call. No message left except to tell me to call the 813-925-1903 number. I tried to call her back on the number she called on and didn't get a voice ... read more

Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Physician was very nice and helpful.
Everyone at the front desk, the nurse (or medical assistant) & Michelle Gibson, PA were absolutely wonderful. Very professional & courteous. I was there for less than 1 hr. & received excellent medical care! Thank you for being in Sun City Center!
