It appeared that i waited at least 45 minutes before i saw the doctor. After completing all the paperwork, there was one patient in front of me. Someone should have come up to me and infomed me of the length of time.

This was my first experience with TGH. You feel welcome when you enter and the front desk staff is very cordial. I was a walk-in so the wait time was more than acceptable. The Dr. was professional and pleasant. Took time and listened to my description of my condition. Good evaluation and diagnosis. Even though it was a referral to ER it was much appreciated.

I was in and out on my break. As anxious as I was the staff made me feel relaxed and at ease.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the wait time. I made a reservation but still had to wait for 49 minutes. Other than that, the staff was very knowledgeable and nice. The care they provided was excellent and thorough 40 minutes...not 49

Alicia Higgins was great. Very thorough and personable. I felt like I was in good hands. The gentleman who took my vitals and X-ray was also great. I like Fast Track. Thank you. It’s comforting to know you are close by.
Although it was very busy at the time I was there, I felt important.
