Quick and efficient
I waited over an hour just to be taken to the back. This would be understandable if it were busy, but it was a Sunday afternoon and there was only ONE person in front of me. That didn’t stop the receptionist and the on hand physician from cracking jokes, laughing, and having a good time... while I sat there waiting! I must say that I truly appreciate your staff for their professionalism. Everyone was courteous and timely in handling my emergency and they followed up early Monday to inform me of the final lab results
Super knowledgeable and professional PA staff
Fast service. I was seen quickly and examined. The PA explained everything thoroughly and prescribed my medication and sent it to my pharmacy before I even left the building.
Everyone was caring. The PA was pleasant, knowledgeable, took her time listening to me and exceeded my expectations. The facility is very clean and comfortable.
