I told the doctor that I thought my 16-year-old daughter had a UTI. He disagreed with me and said it was a yeast infection and that he had just run a test that was neg for UTI. Three days later I got a call from the office saying she did in fact have a UTI and they were calling in antibiotics. I told the staff that the doctor told me he ran a test at the office and it was negative and staff said there is no year for immediate results for UTI. I arrived within 20 minutes of closing so I asked the desk person if it was OK to come in and she nicely said sure. When I got back to the room, the tech said "We wanted to go home on time tonight!" I gave them my allergy list and the nurse practitioner commented that I had "way too many antibiotics" on my list and that they could give me anti-nausea meds if I eve needed to take one of the ones I thought I was allergic to. First of all, your exams rooms did not appear to be as clean as they should have been. For the symptoms I gave the physician I went to your facility on Wednesday 02/05/2020,i.e..... I have a history of Bronchitis, my sputum was green, I was sneezing coughing, headaches. he should have put me on an antibiotic but did not. As a result, I got much worse and ended up going to the James A Haley VA Hospital ER on Saturday 02/08/2020. They put me on Cipro 500mg, Guaifenesin 400mg as well as the Benzonatate 100mg.
