Service was timely; we were in and out in an hour.. Staff and Nurse Practitioner were very caring and professional. Facilities were clean. I would go to the place, first, for my urgent care needs. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. Not all of you because it may not be fast the next time. :-) My daughter has played sports in this area for the last three years, so many urgent care visits. This is the Best in the Tampa Bay Area!!!
The staff were very nice and helpful.
Well, at first, I was a little put off by the front desk attendant. She gave me the impression that she was too busy for me. The wait time was actually short, only about 30 minutes. Once back in the offices, I needed to use the restroom. It could have used some TLC. Then, I saw the doctor, Cheryl Newcomb. She was fantastic. She was professional, knowledgeable, caring and concerned.
Fast service. Medicine worked fast.
