I was made to to think that I should have called my doctor instead of going there.
Knowledgeable and very professional. Cared about my issue.
Quick in and out.
Took 60 minutes even when arrived at the time of my appointment. Diagnosis was mediocre. Adid not test for bacterial infection and yet antibiotics was prescribed.
The PA understood my health concerns as I was scheduled for surgery at TGH in 2 days.
Reception desk employees were friendly and helpful. The doctor said assistant was also friendly and helpful. Loved the doctor! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Had to wait for 3 and 1/2 to see the Doctor. The place is a joke as not enough staff to take care of the growing area. Everyone I saw was about as bad as I was.
2/6/20 — Urgent Care Wesley Chapel is a TOP NOTCH operation. Had a possible stroke scare with my spouse. Wow! This medical facility was ON TOP OF THINGS!! From the very friendly and courteous front desk Dylan, to the efficient and friendly MA (medical asst) Ryan, and the very thorough and compassionate PA (Physician Asst) Neil Collom, we were seen immediately to rule out stroke.
