I was very impressed. Not a long wait,staff was great. Dr very informative.

I found this place and i loved it but this last time was so disappointed its suppose to be an urgent care but the doctor told me they didnt have a technician to do an xray so i had to drive almost an hour away from my home (25min to tgh urgent and another 25min to get to another one that did have a technician) so im going to be sticking with medexpress next time no more tgh urgent care!

I walked in and four people walked in after and they were all seeing before me. They didn’t have an appointment like me. The triage employee said it was his fault as he pick up the wrong paperwork four time(one time is ok but four time). I wasn’t the only one complaining that day.
it was great and I eventually got what I needed.
Provider was patient, sympathetic, and helpful. Although distressed to learn my toe was broken, I received the necessary next steps.
It was an excellent experience from start to finish
