Had a very positive and immediate diagnosis!
front desk girl came off trashy (unprofessional & rude). PA was getting frustrated yet she was not being cut and dry. she also told me she would be right back after she did some research. instead of coming back or giving me a heads up that she was going to send the medical assistant in there to administer a test, she just sent him in there without any explanation. i made him get her for me- you cant just take blood from someone without explaining WHY first!! the lobby was full with so many people that people were standing/wa... read more

Quick, clean, efficient
It was the 1st time I have moved so efficiently through the ER. Which was great and when I was admitted I was taken care of with great attendance. Even though there was water problems
I was treated for a bad cold and got the meds I needed. It did not take as long as I figured it would to be seen and I am feeling much better. The staff and doc were great .
Very pleased with care of my recent dog bite.
Comfortable waiting room. Everyone was courteous.
