Service was great except for looooong wait
Everyone was so kind and efficient in helping us out. At least now we know what we’re dealing with. Cheryl Newcomb was so informative and never made us feel like she was too rushed to answer questions. Had a very good experience there! So glad a family member recommended this facility to us. And their right down the road from us which is a plus.
I was hesitant to take my 4 year old son to a general urgent care instead of a pediatric clinic, but I am happy that I did go. The staff was very sweet and attentive to him. They made him feel special and took great care of him with a gentleness. He was so comfortable that he held the nurses hand to walk to his room. Thank you so much for making him feel important and taking good care of him.
