Didn’t have to wait long at all. Very efficient in what they do. Everyone was very nice with great smiles that made you feel better when you really don’t
I got very sick on vacation last week. Saturday (6-8) I had to go to a clinic. Luckily, I came to Fast Track on Sheldon Rd. They were prompt, helpful and very thoughtful throughout. Marie took my vitals, Carlos took the necessary chest X-ray, and Alicia was the PA who tended to my illness. They were all fantastically helpful and kind. Turns out I have pneumonia. Even as a walk in I was seen quickly. Staff was extremely friendly as was the doctor. I felt the doctor was knowledgeable and thorough and she made me feel comfortable. Overall, an experience much better than my regular physician.
My experience was great i love this place very professional they get you in and out and knew exactly what was wrong with me. I will definitely recommend family and friends to Fast Track.
The staff is always efficient and courteous. I like going there because they seem to genuinely care about the patient and their comfort first and foremost.
Fast Track Urgent Care did a fantastic job with my visit. I was called back to see the Doctor within ten minutes of arrival. The staff was friendly, and very helpful, and expeditious. The Doctor was knowledgeable, caring, and patient with my questions. All-in-all a great experience......despite being injured!
