The wait was extraordinarily long. Yes. I could have phoned in ahead. Wasn’t familiar with that process. Am now. But still, it’s way way too long. The facility and design of organization has control there too. More mds and/or space is needed. 2.5 hours? Or maybe go to an appt only system or something? Once inside a room, save for the awkwardness of the trainee, the process was smoother, kinder, and more effective. I honestly don’t know if I’ll return because of the wait.
